General Policy

WordsLeague is a digital service. Coin top-up purchases are final and non-refundable once the coins have been credited to your in-app wallet, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@wordsleague.com with your transaction ID, the email address you used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We review requests within 5 business days. We may decline a refund where the related coins have been spent or where evidence of abuse is present.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record, and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

Withdrawals (coins → USDT)

Withdrawals are processed on the TRON network and are irreversible once broadcast. Ensure your payout wallet address is correct before confirming a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is 5,000 coins ($50 USDT). We do not charge withdrawal fees; on-chain network fees are paid by WordsLeague.
